Standing out at the FPS EXPO

We have just completed a project for a client exhibiting at FPS EXPO 2018, an important annual event for the oil distribution industry. Our client Mabanaft exhibits at the show every year and we design and supply all associated marketing collateral, the centre piece of this being their stand.

This year they wanted to ring the changes and really stand out from the crowd. They also wanted to promote their recently launched online account management service to visitors. We discussed their aims and came up with a stand design that would meet their brief and support them in achieving their desired outcome.

The design for their stand featured an impressive sweeping back-lit image to help draw the attention of passers-by and attract visitors onto the stand. We also created a quiet area with a wall-mounted screen where the sales team could demonstrate the new online account management system to customers.

To highlight the benefits that the online account management delivers we created an animated presentation which played on a wall-mounted screen. This allowed people to see what was on offer and provided a very useful talking point. Finally we featured some of the fantastic comments received from customers using the system in large print on the stand facia, real positive proof that helped encourage enquiries and new sign-ups.

The end result looked really impressive and the Mabanaft team received lots of very positive feedback about their stand. More importantly the show has been a success achieving new sign-ups and a new business leads.

Transforming customer engagement for Willow Chiropractic

Willow Chiropractic is a successful UK based practice with clinics located throughout the south west. It is owned and managed by a chiropractor and a business entrepreneur and their combined vision, practical know-how and passion for what they do has made this a very dynamic and successful business.

One of the challenges that they faced was that despite having invested significantly in online marketing their website was not generating the desired numbers of new patient enquiries. As a result, online, their competition was gaining precious market share. So they approached ie for help with marketing, in particular with developing a new website, to better support them in achieving their business goals.    

We spent time finding out about Willow; how they worked, what made their patients use them - the real benefits that their services deliver. We also carried out whole of market research to ensure that all the work that we carried out would accurately position Willow and give the business the best chance of success. Our Intelligent Marketing Process helped determine exactly what needed to be done to transform customer engagement and improve online marketing. The intelligence that we gathered was used to help shape our strategy and determine exactly what we needed to focus upon. 

Growing traffic to the Willow web site was critical, by increasing the digital footprint of their site we have massively improved their online presence. In the first six months we have achieved; 

•       Increased organic traffic within 2 weeks of launch 
•       Reduced costs and better results from pay per click advertising
•       More than three times the number of new patients enquiries than previous site
•       Time on site massively improved 
•       Brilliant feedback from staff and patients
•       Transformed engagement with patients
