Willow Chiropractic - transforming customer engagement

The Starting Point

Willow Chiropractic is a successful practice with clinics located throughout the south west. It is owned and managed by a chiropractor and a business entrepreneur and it is their combined vision, practical know-how and passion for what they do has made this a very dynamic and successful business. They approached ie for help with developing improved marketing collateral that would support them in achieving their ongoing busines goals.    

The Intelligent Approach

ie spent time finding out about Willow; how they worked, what made their patients use them and the real benefits of using their services.

Willows chiropractors are all highly qualified and the treatment they offer can have a hugely beneficial impact on a person's life. Their clinics are modern, light and airy and their receptionists freindly and welcoming - visiting Willow is a positive experience.

The problem was that Willow's brand and marketing did not reflect this; it simply did not accurately represent Willow nor communicate the benefits that their chiroprtic treatment can make. Also, despite having invested significantly in online marketing, Willow’s website did not generate adequate new patient enquiries. 

The findings from our research were used to inform our strategy. The intelligence gathered was also used to shape the content of a new website, as well as new sales literature, site signage and corporate stationery. 

The Results

Willow's fresh new brand and newly designed marketing communications have transformed customer engagement. Prospective patients are now quickly made aware of the considerable benefits that Willow’s chiropractic treatment can deliver. Personal stories and testimonials on the new website bear witness to how Willow's chiropractors have helped numerous patients by relieving their pain and improving their overall wellbeing. This helps build confidence and encourage new patient enquiries.

Growing traffic to the site was critical and by increasing the digital footprint of their website we have massively improved their online presence. In the first six months we have acheived;

•       Tripled online enquiries

The business owners are delighted with the outcome and we are now looking forward to working with Willow to support their ongoing marketing in 2017. 

We had tried marketing our services using several different companies however activity was not “joined up” and we were not seeing results. i.e. changed all that. They worked closely with us to refine our sales process and define our ideal target audiences allowing us to tailor our messages accordingly. Since rebranding and launching our new website we have seen a substantial increase in business.

Standing out at the FPS EXPO

We have just completed a project for a client exhibiting at the 2018 FPS EXPO, an important annual event for the oil distribution industry. Our client Mabanaft exhibits at the show every year and we design and supply all associated marketing collateral, the centre piece of this being their stand.
