Event sponsorship plays a crucial role for many businesses, and this year, we proudly supported Silvey Fleet and BWOC in their sponsorship of the British Truck Racing Championship (BTRC). As part of the sponsorship, both brands had exhibition stands and wanted to offer attendees fun, memorable giveaways to take home while also generating leads for both companies.
With a set budget, we brainstormed a variety of truck-themed and sustainability-focused giveaway ideas. Collaborating closely with our preferred supplier, we curated a list of creative and practical items. After presenting our concepts, the clients selected a range of giveaways, including:
Our design team played a key role in the project by creating eye-catching, co-branded artwork for each of the giveaway items. They carefully blended the branding of both Silvey Fleet and BWOC to ensure that the designs aligned with each company’s identity while enhancing the overall visual appeal. Every detail, from the eco-sweet truck packaging to the air fresheners, was thoughtfully designed to reflect both the event’s theme and the brand’s values.
Beyond designing the giveaways, our team managed the entire project from start to finish. This included event management, coordinating with media, setting up communications on-site, and running social media campaigns to boost brand visibility.
