Hookway is a successful Bristol-based Chartered Surveying practice.
Having built an excellent reputation for their work with schools, they wanted to attract customers from different sectors and highlight the broad range of services they offered.
The Intelligent Approach
We started by spending time with Hookway to better understand how they work, as well as identify the benefits of their service and why clients use them. We also researched the market, including key competitors, to see how Hookway could attract enquiries from a broader range of sectors.
We used what we'd learnt to develop a new brand for their marketing collateral and website.
The Results
Rebranding and increasing the footprint of the website resulted in double the traffic to the new site and double the time spent on site. Overall page impressions quadrupled, with pages on the website being looked at four times more than their old website.
