Sybaris Chauffeurs offers a professional premium chauffeur service to clients in Bristol and Somerset. Having developed their first website, ie was asked to review the company’s corporate identity and create a new website for them following significant investment in their fleet of Mercedes Benz vehicles.
The new website needed to showcase the luxury chauffeur service Sybaris offered clients and differentiate them from competitors.
By investing time researching the market ie identified three core reasons their target audience used Sybaris's chauffeur service. This provided a framework to develop bespoke imagery and messaging on the website which would resonate with their needs.
Our research also highlighted that many of Sybaris’ website enquiries were made from a mobile device, so it was essential their new website was mobile optimised and responsive.
Following the launch of their new website Sybaris saw profitability increase by 100 per cent. Simply by focusing on their core clients and identifying their needs, visitors to the website could instantly see how Sybaris could help them.
Organic traffic to the website now accounts for over 60 per cent of Sybaris' website visitors, whilst searches via mobile increased from 1.15 to 2.16 minutes.
