The Starting Point

Warrener Stewart is a team of highly experienced chartered accountants, chartered tax advisors and registered auditors based in Fulham. Over the past 30 years they developed a proven process designed to analyse, challenge and interpret data from owner managed businesses and private clients to help them make better business decisions. Many of their clients started their business with Warrener Stewart's help and have stayed with them as they have grown. Whilst Warrener Stewart had a wealth of satisfied clients they took the decision to substantially grow the business over a 5 year period and looked for a partner to help them with marketing

The Intelligent Approach

Upon meeting Warrener Stewart we followed our Intelligent Marketing Process; which included getting to understand Warrener Stewart, how they worked, who their customers were and the tangible benefits that they delivered. As part of this process we took the time to explore their client base and appreciate how their approach differed from their key competitors by undertaking extensive competitor research.
This knowledge helped shape our strategy and determine what core values we needed to focus upon. Our first task was to rebrand the company and introduce their core proposition within their logo; ‘Warrener Stewart: Chartered Accountants • Intelligent Advisors’. These core principles were then used to shape the content of a new website, new sales literature and corporate stationery.

The Results

The new website became Warrener Stewart’s key marketing tool, with ie managing the addition of new copy on a monthly basis plus driving traffic through a tightly targeted Pay Per Click Ad Campaign and email campaigns to existing clients. Just 10 months after rebranding, Warrener Stewart met their initial new business target for the first year; moreover they were able to attribute over £400k worth of new business to leads generated from the website.

We are very pleased with the outcome of our upgraded website. Throughout the process we received clear engagement and communication on the progress of the project. The ie team has introduced us to a modern and far more user friendly experience for both website users and Proact staff.

Standing out at the FPS EXPO

We have just completed a project for a client exhibiting at the 2018 FPS EXPO, an important annual event for the oil distribution industry. Our client Mabanaft exhibits at the show every year and we design and supply all associated marketing collateral, the centre piece of this being their stand.
