PURE Co is a successful Bristol-based business that delivers tailored hospitality and inspirational experiences. The company had worked with several marketing agencies to review their branding and messaging. Despite having a new logo and a recently reviewed website, they still didn’t feel their marketing presented what they did in a clear and compelling way.
Having spoken to one of ie’s long-standing clients PURE Co got in touch to see if we could help.
We started by taking PURECo through our intelligent marketing process to get a comprehensive overview of their customers, services and audience.
The overwhelming finding from the discovery process was a growing demand from customers for bespoke experiences; hospitality was only one of the elements they were looking for from their events partner.
These findings helped us develop new messaging for PURE Co, focussed on the bespoke and enhanced hospitality they offered. It also gave a clear focus to PURE Co’s marketing approach; making sure current clients knew about the inspirational experiences PURE Co could deliver.
With this in mind, we developed striking and professional new branding, including a new logo and website, to clearly communicate PURE Co’s range of hospitality services and reinforce their luxury, professional and high-end appeal. We also developed a range of communications, including sales presentations and email campaigns to promote PURE Co’s services to their existing clients.
PURE Co launched their newly branded website and marketing collateral in November 2018 – including a new logo, messaging and imagery that clearly communicates the products and services they offer.
Their new branding has brought consistency across all PURE Co’s touch points – from pre-sales proposals to ticket boxes and presentations. Their striking new brand and clear messaging will help to support their growth over the coming years.
